I have been training 3 days/week, 45/45/60-90 minute peloton rides, for 8 weeks for the https://pzpack.com Breaking Zones challenge.
This morning I aced the FTP test (one of the hardest rides, designed to measure your progress). My FTP score improved by 13 points!
Now: I rest.

I’m posting this all over the place today because I’m proud of my accomplishment - I finished my first #peloton #pzpack Power Zone challenge today!
I did every ride in the program for 6 weeks, and made a huge improvement to my FTP (functional threshold power). The training works!
