Hi Retrocommunity ... question, did anyone ever hear/see the phonomenon in the attached video? And has some ideas?
Board did get recapped, washed ... "good known" RAM got used. Traces look all fine.

But on startup only a chopped of chime ... every 50 tries or so a full chime but no full boot.

Somehow my suspicion in towards the PSU - even if it deliveres stable -12V.
