Former #MotoGP Champion and current Yamaha #MotoGP rider Fabio Quartararo announced he sustained a fractured left hand during motocross training.

Thankfully, no surgery is needed and he will take time off for recovery.

Quartararo's last injury was when he fell during FP4 at Sepang and fractured the base of his left middle finger.

The next pre-season test is scheduled for February.
