Hi #rstats #quartopub folks, any recommendations and examples for personal website/blog quarto templates? Thanks! 🙏
The book was entirely written in #rstats and #quartopub. The code of the book is available on this GitHub repository https://github.com/ipeaGIT/intro_access_book
The icing on the cake 🍰: you can run the code used in the book online in your browser with @mybinderteam +

If you have a #QuartoPub blog and using RStudio to manage it, and have any of the web commenting enabled, you may have encountered your browser opening several new windows when you previewed a post.
As of RStudio daily 2023.03.0 Build 323 (I tested 328), that bug has been squashed.
You can find the daily builds here: https://dailies.rstudio.com/
Hi #QuartoPub folks - any option to run/render code of multiple languages in a single Quarto doc without using wrapper packages? e.g., pulling data with R, plotting with Obserable. Thx! 🙏
First archaeology publication written in Quarto (that I know of)!
Congratulations to the authors for their commitment to transparency and openness in archaeological science, here's to many more papers written using these excellent free and open source tools.

I've been a big fan of RISE for #Jupyter (https://rise.readthedocs.io), which lets you make presentations that are interactive (ie running code while you present).
Does anything like that exist for #Quarto? None of the docs about interactivity (e.g. https://quarto.org/docs/interactive/) seem to include simply running code interactively.

How does one switch from #rmarkdown rticles to #quartopub for writing manuscripts?
Did I miss any posts from #rstats bloggers on the topic?

@ramikrispin I don't have any experience w/ the CLI of #QuartoPub, but maybe you need to add "--output-dir"?

Increasingly, I want a #QuartoPub -based #Obsidian -alike. What are the odds, do you think?

I refactored parts of quarto-nvim (https://github.com/quarto-dev/quarto-nvim) into its own plugin, because handling dependent buffers and managing requests to them is likely an elegant solution for other plugins as well.
There are still some kinks to iron out, but I present to you: otter.nvim -- just ask an otter! (https://github.com/jmbuhr/otter.nvim) 🦦

A new #QuartoPub #RStats post on making sure that {targets} re-renders a main document when a child document is modified.
I'll be honest, I wish I'd had this figured out last year when I was working on a manuscript that I was rendering to both plain formatting and journal formatting.
