Funny that Quebec City mayor Bruno Marchand says he's all for a TGV ($100 billions) without asking for feasibility & profitability studies like he does for the Quebec Gov. projet of a highway tunnel under the St-Laurent river ($10 billions) between Levis & Quebec City ??? 🤔
