No open-source #project, non-commercial #browser, #community #organization, or virtually anyone else whose business isn't based on tracking, abusing, and selling web users is going to be able to stand up a service like that. It would be economically impossible.

This agent wants a one page summary. This one wants a two-page summary. This one wants two chapters, another wants five. This one wants queries that start with a bio, that one wants a 500-word bio and your social media channels.
Come. On.
Everyone would benefit if #queries and #submissions had been standardized long ago.
