@jessikatme jajaja es que las #quesadillas … se hacen solas, se arman solas, se cocinan solas, se comen solas… son tan buenas.

Min laddning med svarta bönor ska användas framför allt till #bönburgare och #refritos för t.ex. #quesadillas. Men nu åker de direkt i frysen i portionsförpackningar. (kan också styckfrysas men det tar längre tid)

I made awful #quesadillas today because I don't have my favorite cheese to make them (hint: my favorite cheese for quesadillas is not a Mexican cheese, eek).

So I made one with sharp #cheddar, which was, meh (the hot sauce saved it). And I made one with cream #cheese, which was blergh (the hot sauce saved it too!).

Now I feel like I'm craving something, but I should probably not eat anything else.

Maybe ice cream?

Como les contaba, la vida (en varios momentos) me ha llevado a trabajar algunas localidades del Valle del Mezquital.

Puede que uno de los momentos más memorables fue cuando ya estando cerca del Mezquital nos detuvimos en el típico puesto de barbacoa a pie de carretera.

Y la persona que e acompañaba preguntó «de qué eran las quesadillas»

Quién nos atendió respondió «sólo son de queso».

En ese momento supe que ese desierto 🏜 y nos llevamos muy bien 💚
