Finally, my #Quetiapine is working. I feel sleepy, and my mind has stopped partying.

I also think my earlier #breakdown helped me feel a bit better, and it helped induce sleep.

I took #Quetiapine last night with the hope of getting knocked out. But, here I am, awake after 8 hours? #ADHDmusings #adhdlife

Anyway, if you take medications (and it's *not* just psych meds either, though it includes some very common ones), it's not a bad idea to see if #GrapefruitJuice interacts. It's such a common, everyday thing, and doesn't exactly come with a big warning sign (it should, however, be in the pamphlet the pharmacy gives you with your drugs).

Gahd, I now feel that my headache earlier was because of excessive sleeping. :blobcatmelt:

But, I have to thank #Quetiapine for letting me sleep for almost 8-12 hours at a time.

I slept most of the days away and now I'm having a #headache. I don't know if this is a #tensionheadache or #migraine from sleeping a lot.

Sometimes, I just want to tell my psych that I want to be off my meds all because of the #shortage or lack of refills due to the #globalcrisis.

But, it's so hard to sleep so maybe I'll ask my psych to retain #Quetiapine.

@joeharkness I don't take #sertraline, but I take #quetiapine for #cyclothymia and I often wonder the same. I do miss some of the productivity from the highs, but being balanced more of the time is much more valuable. Maybe one day I'll try reducing and coming off them, but it's about finding the time for a period of adjustment and being in the right frame of mind

Started #Lurasidone for #bpd a week ago. Have to say, I'm doing much better on it then on #quetiapine! I'm not putting weight on from ridiculous hunger pangs anymore, if anything I'm losing it! Also I have much more energy, but not feeling on edge along with it like I did coming off quetiapine. Although I occasionally get moments like now at 6am where I can't sleep... #BPDfam #borderline #borderlinepersonalitydisorder
