Homemade with Garlic Mushrooms for tonight's dinner 😋

I'm making my own pasta for and was surprised at how quick and easy it actually is to make a single portion. Overall my meal took about the same time, including kneading the pasta dough, as it would have with readymade, dried pasta. The cooking time is less than half that of the dried stuff too so we're also saving gas.

Tonight’s dinner!! Fried calamari (using and coconut flour), a ton of mushrooms, orange bell pepper, and diced cauliflower. Topped off with croutons, mozzarella, and thai sweet chili sauce!

Protein - 90(!!!!)
Carbs - 54
Fats - 8

Prepping tonight’s . One of my go to favorite .

A bunch of eggs, mushrooms, red bell pepper, and spinach. Topped off with mango peach salsa, mozzarella, even more spinach (!!!), and sugar-free bbq sauce.

All in all takes about 15 mins, looking at 450cal, with 48P, 19C, 16F.
