Scheint so als hätte ich Settings gefunden, die ganz gut passen könnten.

Morgen dann mal mein OBS konfigurieren, Rendering verbraucht technisch echt nen Witz im Vergleich zu meinen 5 2600X mit .

Jetzt noch das und an die binden und dann sollte nichts mehr im Wege stehen.

Energie technisch ist das so viel Effizienter als mit mein Desktop und seiner GTX 1060 bei nahezu selber Qualität. 😂

Intel HW acceleration in is dead simple (and honestly pretty good/efficient compared to discrete GPUs). My old 7th Gen i5 can do 4-5 1080p transcodes while barely breaking a sweat.

Just toss this into the Services -> Plex section in your yaml (I use Compose stacks in Portainer):

devices:
- /dev/dri:/dev/dri

(and make sure you check the HW Acceleration box in Plex's web UI under Settings/Transcoder)

@jason locally I run on a single instance that handles a bunch of things (stuff like runs on that with an Intel CPU for transcoding with the media on a separate mounted across the network), I'm not looking to replace that just yet, more of a learning thing!

It is a little bit of I think, mostly it's curiosity about what it's all like.
