Three long strips made from one of the #stashbuster patterns from "Just get it done quilts" on Youtube. Haphazardly backed with fleece, squared badly and QAYG-joined even worse 😂. Finished size unknown, good enough to cover this sofabed though. Prints are #stripes, #dots, conical flasks, #sheep, #bees, #planets, #llamas, #lemons, musical notes, #cats. OH said "I love all the #science!".

#improvised quilt, some #cotton from stash (Eiffel Towers #fabric #whatwereyouthinking 😂) but mostly #scraps from various #dressmaking projects. Backed with #fleece because that's what I do. #QAYG in 5 or 6 pieces then joined with #sashing at front and back. No idea about finished size but same as an older quilt big enough to go over two dog beds.

Traditional #shoofly blocks joined with #improvised quilting. Photographed after tumble drying so a lot less wrinkly IRL. Half quilting #cotton from stash, half #recycled bedding. Backed with fleece because I like it that way 😉. #Quilted in three pieces then joined with #sashing at the back. Finished size approx 63 by 82 in. Colour scheme and prints wouldn't be my 1st choice but it was a very well-received present.

First quilting projects on my new #janome memorycraft sewing machine. The Niagara Falls one is a wallhanging and I just did free motion swirls. The fan one is my "scrap fannish quilt as a go" so I could learn how the applique stitch worked.
