I #quitsugar a few years ago, as well as alcohol; I've given up #dairy in the past year; and, most recently, #coffee. No improvements to #insomnia or #weightloss, and apart from reducing #lupus symptoms a bit, mostly unnoticeable for #health. Now I finish eating around 4pm, and already I'm sleeping better. FINALLY something's working! No longer jolting/gasping myself awake or lying there for hours with my heart racing. That's one improvement, a big one, I'll take it! #intermittentfastingresults
