Religious texts have been used far more often to promote charity, kindness, civility, peace, justice (including social justice), and just plain LOVE for fellow human beings... than they have to promote terrorism.

Your logic still does not stand up to its own hypocrisy. Banning ANY ideology sets one above the other, makes the other a victim of persecution-- and historically, ALL religions flourish and GROW under persecution.

You might take away the paper copies, but those who have memorized the texts will continue the religions. (Read #RayBradbury's #Fahrenheit451 for an example of this.) Millions already have memorized most of these texts.

Most people need some kind of faith to give their lives purpose-- even if you don't. They WILL carry on their religions-- with even more fervor than before.

Banning #Bibles and #Qurans would have the opposite effect than what you desire.
