It's been a while since my last vid and... I just wanted to watch a raccoon girl pee.

She's by far the most co-operative when it comes to clothing and hair physics --- but I did skimp on the puddle animation.

Also did a shot from underneath just because I feel like her tail didn't get enough attention.

Kind of surprised this worked. I managed to crash Blender fairly early on with the amount of flowers; I had to severely cut down on the tris and lighting before even the preview worked. How I got it this to render in 4K is still a mystery.

Another quick and dirty render.

Clothing physics was once again uncooperative, so again I worked around it.

Might work on her feet next. They work fine enough in slippers, but out of them they look weird, so I kept them out of frame.

Experimenting with complicated physics --- and partially gave up with clothing. I don't think the physics will ever play completely nice, so I'll need to cheat where I can --- maybe find a way to tweak already baked physics.

Kept it simple for fast rendering. 1 level of subdivision, 50% particles, 960x540 resolution.

Just a quick render based off a friend's sketch (twitter.com/SeikaVerX/status/1) of my raccoon girl, Carillon. It started as a simple wallpaper render but, since I was using clothing physics already, I thought I'd have some fun with it.

Her clothing and hair worked better than expected, even with the minor glitches. That said, I'm still a ways away from being able to do any sort of lengthy animation with characters this complex.

It's my first raccoon girl's birthday! As a present, I've upgraded her model to V3.

Not sure if you'll see much a difference but her rig and mesh are just overall easier to work with; eyelids too. I've also made subtle tweaks to some of her materials.

Also Carillon got bumped up to V2 with most of the same changes. I was gonna wait on her but... someone just called her "ILLEGALLY cute", so I had to~

I'm a 3D artist and have been for at least 15 years. Most of my work is anime/game fanart but I also do a lot of art of my own original characters~
