as I noted a while back at the heart of #RachelReeves #economic plans was the idea of the 'rock' of fiscal probity... which I suggested might be the rock on which the party's plans would be shipwrecked.

Now it appears that the proposed £28bn #green investment fund will be delayed to demonstrate the party's 'fiscal responsibility'. Sadly, I expect this will only be the first of a range of policies that find themselves heading for the fiscal rock!
