I'm starting to see a trend of people using "radical candor" as a disguise for being a "total jerk".

Friendly reminder: radical candor goes hand in hand w/ radical (not ruinous) kindness.

Without the kindness, you've haven't created the space for effective candor.

This is especially important for #academic peer review and #feedback.
