the DSN apparently uses 2290–2300 MHz (according to wikipedia), so I'm guessing UHF would be a good choice for radio transmissions between spaceships as well, or is there a better one I'm not aware of?
specifically thinking space weather here, since I got a bunch of ships in flare star systems (Proxima, for example).
