Okay #makers #nerds #radiologists… this article states that any dc motor can be harmed by X-ray. But the nerd in me wants to know how/why? https://medicalxpress.com/news/2012-11-airport-x-rays-diabetes-devices.amp

Skepticism says it’s about CYA legally… no matter how rare, is it possible to damage a dc motor with X-ray and if so how? Heat? Ions?

next time you feel #pointless in whatever it is you do, remember that #pigeons were able to identify #breast #cancer as accurately as humans - who were 10 #radiologists (5 experienced #mammographers and 5 #senior-level #radiology #residents), so these weren't random untrained people. These were #experts.

PIGEONS DID JUST AS WELL AS EXPERTS.
