For me, Drum'n'Bass is a form of pure entertainment. I don't expect grand lyrics or overly complex compositions, just those driving basslines. That's why I love listening to this music while cycling.

The slightly older Essential Mix by Sub Focus and Wilkinson has this ability to make me start my ride calmly, but it doesn't take long before I'm pedaling at a decent speed!

In a few days, the #BBC have managed to generate controversies over the #BBCSingers and their #classical #orchestras, Gary #Lineker, David #Attenborough and Nadine #Dorris. All they have to do now is shut down #RadioOne and they will have upset their entire audience

"There's a thing I call "winter catastrophism" where every temperature drop & snow fall is the subject of disaster talk. It's not a good thing. Better is to put on proper winter clothes and go outside. At 6:30am along #Meewasin Trail out with the dog, saw 6 cyclists & 8 people walking. These people get it. Cheery hellos, and I know they were smiling like me. Being active and cheerful is a state of mind for all weather."
