I hate baths. They bore me & I had a bad experience once whilst I was experiencing undiagnosed schizophrenia whilst using generic epsom salts that landed me in ER.

However, after my Epic Walk yesterday (see previous post) and the inability to sleep due to the pain, I have no choice but to soak in some Radox now. 😴
