On October 16, 2022, Colombian journalist Rafael Moreno was murdered.

What his killers did not know was that he had protected his information by sharing it with #ForbiddenStories.

For the past six months, 30 journalists, coordinated by Forbidden Stories, have come together to pursue Rafael's investigations into corruption, misappropriation of public funds or mining activities in northern Colombia. A collaborative effort that led to The #RafaelProject.
