#Editorial: #Michigan #Republicans are saying they'll vote no on #RagFlag #legislation, "it’s still a due process issue." Complete BS! An #ExtremeRiskOrder is ordered by a JUDGE, & only used when there is PROBABLE CAUSE of harm to self or other. Getting fair treatment through the normal judicial system IS THE DEFINITION OF DUE PROCESS! The #GOP is agst any #GunRegulation for the very sake of being agst ALL #guncontrol.
