In other news, I've got a #raindate for the knitting "cast-on" party at my friend's cottage with the wood stove. Weather permitting, I'll be looking forward to that.

Salvaged a #raindate from yet another unexpected change in plans. I crafted a small batch of scalloped potatoes to serve with the leftover ham. We took the dog out for a long #farmwalk before dinner and dined in tissue paper crowns by candlelight.

My knitting friend with the wood stove generously shared some photos of it burning & she also sent me a prototype of her first podcast. We've got a groupchat going to exchange pictures of our WIPs, including all who did not attend the cast-on party.
