So I have a need to project a GUI via a cheap projector onto a nearby surface. If you're familiar with the #Rainmeter desktop info tool, you'll have an idea of some of capabilities I'd like.

Animated and static images.
Information text boxes, static and pulling from dynamic sources, be it text, epub, or RSS perhaps.
Low computing needs, would be great to put this on a SBC like a pi
A GUI to edit and position things. The surface it points at will change and visual elements will need to be moved.

I'm sure there's something out there on GitHub or at an affordable price point to look at. Any recommendations are welcome 🙏
