Wonderful afternoon concert at the glass houses in Brockwell Park to raise money for Ukraine United. It featured Forest Hill based South East London Folk Orchestra anf Raise The Roof choir (late of the Horniman and now the Carnegie Library in Herne Hill).

The choir did two songs in Ukrainian and we also had refugee Ukrainians singing modern and folk songs from home. Blessed by good weather.

Lewisham wrapped up its Year of Culture tonight at #Beckenham Place Park. Main act was this illuminated puppet introduced in song and accompanied by #RaiseTheRoof formerly the house community choir at the #Horniman Museum but now in exile in Herne Hill.

Maybe the loss of Lewisham status is why they alone didn't get a name check despite being feature on BBC Radio London's breakfast show today. So here's one!

Which #rental platforms, #RealEstate associations and large property letting organisations are, in effect, colluding to raise #rent in #Ireland?
(I can think of several straight off. The spokespeople of two were pushing their agendas in news broadcasts this weekend - jarring against #RaiseTheRoof).

Big Decision by That Petrol Emotion.

Went to #RaiseTheRoof protest today to call for #HousingForAll but I note their was no Irish Traveller/Minceir on the stage. They make up 0.1% of Irish population but 25% of homeless people in Ireland. This number does not include families sharing.
