Incidentally I'm pretty sure the spice I can smell right now (from the bedroom! In my blanket pile!) is #cumin so I hope the #dahi mellows that a bit while it sits and does its #flavormelding Thing. 😳🤣

(Apparently there are two containers of raitha. One mild, one spicy, which is great because we rarely agree on spice levels. 😂😂)
