This could be the biggest evidence yet of Vivek #Ramaswamy's complete lack of fitness for the presidency. The US-born children of undocumented #immigrants are... AMERICANS. They became Americans the moment they were born on US soil. To get around this pesky fact, Vivek claims the 14th Amendment, which establishes birthright citizenship, is "contested". This is utterly baseless nonsense. The 14th Amendment was ratified in 1868, and has been the law of the land ever since.
