An interesting Ramblers walk today called the three rivers walk. It also included an old cemetery used by staff and patients of the nearby former Angelton Lunatic Asylum. We accosted two lovely RSPB volunteers at Ryvoan who gave us a brilliant chat about work on the reserve AND we saw red throated divers! 🤩

Today's Group Walk with #Deeside #Ramblers was cancelled due to the leader taking ill, so it was a #bike ride instead for us.
A cross-border ride on the #Wales #CoastPath from #Flintshire into #Chester along the bank of the River Dee on #NCN 5.
We were lucky to witness the Dee Tidal Bore making its way upstream to Chester, followed by snacks at #TheMoorings cafe.
