Trying #rambutan for the first time 🙂

Habt ihr schonmal #Rambutan gegessen? Sehen ein wenig aus wie #haarige #Hoden, schmecken mir persönlich aber besser als #Litschi und lassen sich wie ich finde leichter #schälen.

I’ve been enjoying this new collaboration between my good friend Eric Hardiman (in his Rambutan guise) and San Antonio-based poet Bill Shute. This sort of experiment can be hit-or-miss, I find, but this just works: the abstract sonics are the perfect foil for Shute’s resonant readings, and vice versa. Highly recommended.

I haven't seen the show, but apparently Netflix's "Another Life" featured the tropical Rambutan as an alien fruit in an episode. :-)
