The process to adjust #SouthAfrica's #SingleExitPrice for medicine is underway. A lot of drugs are imported, so considering the exchange rate is built into that process. It could be weighted at up to 50% of the adjustment; domestic inflation will then be the other half.

It’s all very inside baseball, but the terrible result is further confusion over what #Rand and her #philosophy are actually about.

This is divide and conquer mentality, and it must stop with me and you. I was studying #Ayn #Rand, and what she holds makes a lot of sense. Democratic rule is a #public necessity but must not trespass the #constitutional right of the #individual. Ethic based on rational self-interest must rule, not subjective morality. Many of us would do well to consider this.
