We find it curious that they invent ways to question democracy in other countries when they don't need to look far to find abuses in their own country.

If only #JillStein received over 5% of the vote four years ago - you'd have been able to vote for her this time around.

The #USA needs #rankChoiceVoting, asap. Without #preferentialVoting your corporate giants will continue to have your country eating out of their dirty hands.

#JulianAssange's big mistake in 2016 may have been that he expected #America to thank him for exposing corruption.

Perhaps he didn't realise how dementing the two-party system is in America.

Instead of celebrating his #leaks and coming out in droves to give #JillStein more than 5% - US voters simply doubled down on deranged ideas of #Russia and #Putin controlling everything.

Today, the level of polarisation has not changed - proof that the US needs #preferentialVoting (aka #rankChoiceVoting).

There are other more #extreme options, like carving up big #countries into smaller ones. Much like the #Fediverse, in fact.

They are insidious. The #fauxLeft in the US also vicerally despise third party candidates like #JillStein because they think he Dems are a valid choice still, and due to a lack of a #preferentialVoting system (aka #rankChoiceVoting) they attack the true left alternatives.

The US is on the decline though. Their #neoliberal model has failed - it's just a matter of time now.
