My #RantOfTheDay is the use of the term verbiage to refer to text. It makes one look sciolistic, not sophisticated.

Look at them all quitting twitter now. "It's too much", "he's gone too far" etc...

The same who were telling me "I can't quit cause I need it" and shit like that. Now it's too much? It was too much in November folks.

So while it's a good thing you're now leaving. YOU allowed the website to be what it is today, you were fine eating at the same table as some of the worst people on the planet. Until it was "too much" for YOU. Not for the opressed group. Only you.

So fuck you.

"ChatGPT a dit que...". Non, ChatGPT n'a rien dit, il a généré une suite de mots de manière à ce que ça ressemble statistiquement aux textes dont il s'est nourri. Il ne comprend pas ce qu'il écrit, il ne sait pas si c'est correct, ni même si ça a du sens.

C'est moins fiable qu'un article Wikipedia qui ne cite pas de référence. Pourquoi certains s'évertuent à citer des textes de ChatGPT en cherchant à savoir s'il a tort ou raison ?

Why do we do this to ourselves as an industry? “People are the weakest link, all users are idiots” “No, users are completely blameless and they should be able to click on whatever they want, and you’re a failure as a security team if they screw something up.”

Can we not have something in-between? Why do we have to go to extremes on this? Sometimes, users *are* to blame. Sometimes they don’t listen to trainings, sometimes they don’t follow processes because they can’t be bothered, and sometimes it’s more malicious than that - this is their (and sometimes their manager’s) fault. Sometimes technology is to blame. Sometimes we don’t put the right safeguards in place, and we don’t model things correctly, and stuff gets through the cracks. Both can be true, and every spectrum in-between. This blame game and hand-wringing helps no one, apart from people’s egos. Life, and security, is nuanced. We need to remember this. #RantOfTheDay

Yesterday I played A Little To The Left again and beat every level and used hints for every level and yet, I still didn't get the two achievements associated with that. I know I didn't miss anything, that can't be right.
