in 2022, only 7% of #female victims of violent crime were attacked by a stranger.;
and 'only' 15% of #rapes were committed by a stranger.
The danger to #women is from men they already know (ex-partners are a key category) and often in the home, not on the streets.
If you needed another metric of #toxicmasculinity this would be it
[I should note that the majority of #male victims are also attacked by someone they know]
