The closest I got was discussions in youth group in the 90s. Although it's a tricky subject, the lack of teaching on it can mean the vacuum gets filled by works of fiction. I wonder how many people believe in secret #rapture (an idea without biblical support) because they read Left Behind or saw a film perpetuating this idea?

Even with a #meteorology degree (granted, it is from the last century), I had to research "primary production". It is the synthesis of organic compounds from atmospheric or aqueous carbon dioxide.
I know this is not a majority of peeps, but millions of #capitalistic #evangelicals justify ongoing planetary desecration because they believe they will be rescued before it becomes unbearable.
