So here we go: #orangewine 100% #Macabeu from #Rasquera. Pinyolet Vinyaters. Labels only tell you 0.1% of the story, it's all in the content. A "brisat" as we say here in #Catalunya for orange wines: some serious maceration, indigenous yeast, and letting the grape mature to perfect ripeness (it takes nerves like in high noon). This wine is pure joy. Depth, flower petals, roses tossed over enchiladas. Totally addictive when married with slices of long cured Jamón. One bottle will never be enough.
