#Forged from 1095 #carbonsteel and tempered to 62 RHC. This chopper has a 7” #blade, and is 2.75” deep at the heel. The handle is made from dyed and resin stabilized spalted maple , with teal and yellow accentuating the wood grain. The blade has been antiqued with a patina that will evolve and age with use.
