I-80 eastbound is shutdown at #Sinclair #wyoming and I-80 westbound is shutdown at #rawlins #wyoming. Since I'm headed east I'm at #Sinclair. I parked and walked in to geab something to eat and came back to my #cbradio giving a weather warning I've never heard before. It was a wind chill warning. Specifically we're supposed to get wind chills of -40°f to -50°f. So if you live in #wyoming don't go outside and have a sevond source of heat that is not electric dependent.
