The #razorblades are sorted from left to the right as the more agressive to the softest (this is highly subjective), just in case you would like to vary pleasures 😜. They are all about 0.2 € except the two #japanese #blades that are more than 0.5 € per #blade. My current top 3 are #feather (trying to replace them with the #kai - #zeroplastic) #bolzano and #tiger platinium. Min 3-4 #shaves per blade.

The #razors are made in #germany, a #merkur 23C model designed in 1920s and a #böker #shavette made in #solligen. The body is in olive tree wood.

Switch to a straightedge razor blade more than a year ago has been very economical; $8.99 (+tax) for more than a year's worth of razor blades. Take that, stupid #plastic #disposable #razors! (also: WAAYYY better shave).

@mariellequinton I found that the plastic disposable razors were basically single use. They got clogged easily, blunted quickly, and the multiple blades were simply hyped about being better.

Got a safety razor, and it was better than anything before, especially with mineral oil trick. The only difficulty with them is that they're not as easy to find, almost like there's a push for expensive disposable products just to push a bottom line.

I am not a huge fan of #shaving, but the Army is very insistent. I don't like electrics and I hate the waste involved (both garbage generated and money spent) on disposable #razors. So a few years ago I switched to a double-bladed #SafetyRazor.

My current setup:
- Rockwell 6C adjustable safety razor ($60, once)
- Astra Platinum blades ($9, every two years)
- Cremo Barber Grade concentrated shaving cream ($7, every 4 months or so)

(A shaving brush is a couple bucks, but entirely optional.)
