The latest pay offer from the government was pathetic and was rejected by the Royal College of Nursing.

I and my colleagues are at our lowest ebb, we're exhausted, and we have no energy left. There are record levels of sickness. So many of us are looking for a way out. This country is haemorrhaging "shop floor" nurses, there is zero incentive.

Current status: trying to rearrange cardiology investigations that I’ve been waiting 18 months for, due to the #RCNstrike

I unequivocally support all the #NHSStrikes - not DESPITE this ludicrous wait for essential #NHS services, but BECAUSE OF IT.

It’s the steady, snowballing neglect of our #healthcare infrastructure and staffing, by a succession of gov’ts, that has left me without appropriate care.

#nurses on #strike are losing pay to fight for their ability to look after patients like me.

Next round of RCN nurses strikes will be for 48hrs, 1st-3rd March 2023, this time we are calling all our members out on strike, no derogations. The government have continued to refuse to talk to us, so we have been left no choice:
