Last minute cancellation of Woodley parkrun resulted in a quick trip down the road to Reading instead. A short run along the Thames with a double loop around the nature reserve. It was tougher than I remembered. #parkrun #fetchfam #RdgUK

Just been to the #DoubleBarrelled in #rdguk for a nice couple of beers.

As for the food this evening... a giant pile of nachos with an Italian-ish sort of topping. To quote Les Dawson:
