@anj is spot on! It's not unskilled labor that gets automated, it's routine work which could as well be skilled. I don't see a distinction between these tasks in the post, hence the anger. Btw, it still says "menial" in the graph.

Also, #DataDeposit is way more than uploading metadata with a Python script. @NFDI has a whole huge section on #RDMskills and #RDMTraining.
