Gave it one more try this weekend and surprisingly I'm finally vibing with it. The key was to stop fighting against the game and trying to play it sandbox-style like The Phantom Pain or Tears of the Kingdom. The game is mostly on rails, carried by the characters & story. Pretending I was playing a Westworld adaptation instead of an actual cowboy RPG also helped. #rdr2

I think 20 hours in is enough to call it on Red Dead Redemption 2. It isn't going to get any better or less dull, frustrating, etc. This game has one of the worst control schemes of anything I've played. At least it's pretty. #rdr2

Just made my first refund request on #steam ever. It is for red dead redemption 2 #rdr2 because I cannot recover an old #rockstar social account. The rockstar support denies the unlinking because I cannot prove ownership of the rockstar social account. They don't care that I can prove that I'm the owner of the steam #account 🤦‍♂️

I seriously despise the ending for #rdr2 the game was going so well! Then they had to shove the most heartbreaking depressing no honor between thieves nonsense ending, and to think, that I also finished it after #CP2077 what the fuck is wrong with game devs!?

Rejugando, como estoy, al Red Dead Redemption 2, se me ha ocurrido idea para un pj/pnj Paladín:

[SPOILER del #rdr2]

Un bandido, ladrón, fugitivo que, como Arthur Morgan, sufre una enfermedad terminal. Sabiendo que la muerte está próxima, empieza a actuar con la idea de la redención en mente.

Y es ahí cuando los Dioses deciden aprovecharse de este pringao y darle una segunda oportunidad: a cambio de convertirse en un guerrero sagrado, se le da una nueva oportunidad para seguir vivo... mientras siga actuando según los preceptos divinos.

Eso no impediría, claro, que el personaje no siguiera siendo, básicamente, un capullo o un señor bastante desagradable.
