Is there any possibility for React to switch to opt-in to reactivity concept like Vue? I think it might be a deal breaker in the near future, since we always measure performance and re-renders

@ro @robertvh I agree you are right, the concept of signal implementation does not require a compiler, however modern framework compilers improve developer experience via analysing if a parent component state is going to two children and which of them should be updated if only one is required to update.

Did some door desensitizing work with Nico this morning. Doorbell, getting up and rushing out. We ended with my wife and I both "leaving" (we stood in the porch and pretended to leave through the front door). Nico was definitely a bit stressed but on the second or third rep he got it. I feel that if we keep practicing, we can get to the point where he won't care if we leave. #RescueDog #reactivity #DogTraining

Took Nico out for an early morning toilet before anybody was up. We were doing our usual circuit around our flat complex when he suddenly had a massive reaction and started screaming at absolutely nothing. At 8 in the morning on Saturday! Our poor neighbours. 🙃

He stopped screaming but was still on edge as I walked him back to the flat and looked very sorry for himself as we came inside. I put him back in his crate with breakfast.

It's been a long time since we have had a reaction like that and it just feels discouraging but I guess this is how it goes with a #RescueDog sometimes. #reactivity

Please please please, do not put your dogs into bad situations. Helping dogs with reactivity is one of the most boring to watch 'training' things ever, because it's all calm and under threshold when done correctly.

Believe it or not, the dog in the image is working on reactivity. The trigger is out of frame, but she is looking at it. Notice the mouth and face and eyes are all relaxed. Also helping her is feeling of her platform is safe. She is able to disengage with the trigger on her own (stops looking at it, looks at me and even can easily perform tricks and respond to cues). She is not restrained in any way, and has the option to opt out at any time. Choice is extremely important for any training activity!

Its the next big thing after so many years.
Biggest plus for me syntax is almost all #react it has similar #Hooks without the footguns, it has #reactivity, it has jsx.
Coming from react background one is half way there in the learning anyway.
