So far, I've seen March 2 celebrated as #WorldBookDay - with many tweets and toots focusing on a very narrow and somewhat antiquated definition of the word "book", and #ReadAcrossAmerica day - most likely referring in actuality to only one of the 57 countries in America. I don't live in America and don't read paper books, and it's no longer March 2nd here, so I'm just celebrating READING, without regard to medium or location. #AmReading #ebooks #books @bookstodon

I'm reading The Long Way To a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers. It's a space opera with aliens, pirates, and intergalactic war, but it's really an exploration of relationships and what it means to be family.

It's been on my to-read pile for about 7 years and it shouldn't have languished there for so long!
