I didn't want to use a third party service to mesh the two, so I just made a simple bash script (so it could run in the docker containers) that uses curl to post a status based on the environment variables.

I am currently deploying #nextcloud, #jellyfin, #sonarr, #readarr, #sabnzbd, #radarr, #lidarr, #prowlarr, #heimdall, #jackett, #qbittorrent, #ombi, #tdarr (I am using a spare laptop as a node, this is just the server), and a few others that are dependencies such as #swag, and #mariadb, all of these are run as docker containers most of which are from #linuxserver.io

I'd only need 2-3 streams at most so right now I'm considering 12th gen or better Intel for CPU transcoding, but I'm sure open to ideas.
