I'm currently using #ReadcubePapers but having lost data three times, I'm really reconsidering my options…

The more I research reference managers, the more I'm inclined to call this market "the sad state of reference managers"

- #ReadcubePapers: has a great recommendation feature, but the app is hideous and I've lost data three times already
- #Zotero: free and open, but the iPad app is really lacking and the deskop app is super clunky
- #Endnote: tried the iPad app, cannot automatically look up for the bibliographic metadata lol
- #Mendeley: lol
