I started reading Nick Hornby's Juliet, Naked again. It's making me recall when meeting new people on the net was exciting.

Maybe it is because when I read it for the first time, I was about Annie's age and now I'm closer to Tucker's age.

That thing about things never happening again the same way? What used to be adventurous is now outlived.

I really don't want to think I'm beyond surprise. I'm not, am I?
