@muppeth That is sad. It is one thing to be in contact with the users and developing close to them and open and another to face the dark side of what the Internet is becoming more and more. A Community Manager might help in future but damage is done and needs healing. You know, I do like to only distribute my apps on #fdroid because the culture on #playstore is that you trade your data and freedom for no-pay apps and expect service. With #realtimebidding #google is self-hate.
