The British foreign secretary has said any #peace #talks that might take place between #Ukraine and #Russia must be meaningful, and not just provide cover for Russian #rearmament and further #recruitment. He said Britain would like there to be talks "sooner rather than later", but that Ukraine had to set the parameters for these.
