If true, there is something #autocratic, #BigPharma possibly even #eugenic about this that we find troublesome.
We know #children can be susceptible to ideas and #indoctrination from media etc, but providing a counter experience/narrative to the minor could be criminal?
This also has a #WarOnDrugs aire to it. That is, "let's find a reason to fill #prisons."
